3 Unusual Costa Rica Real Estate on Caribbean Sea Side

In 1502, when stepping on the untouched land of Costa Rica, Christopher Columbus hardly knew that he had touched the country, which is going to be the most sought after in the realty market, five hundred years down the line. Costa Rica real estate pulls investors to its land like a sugar cube fallen on the floor attracts greedy ants.

The virgin lands, sunny black and white sand beaches, lazy days, colorful marine life, prehistoric forest, and rich flora and fauna on the Caribbean Sea side attracts visitors all through the year driving the property price higher. In the paragraphs below, the writer will unearth 3 exotic locations on the Caribbean Sea side of the Latin American which could be considered as investor goldmine.

3 Unusual Costa Rica real estate investment destinations on Caribbean Sea side

Puerto Limon

Puerto Limon is the port city established in 1870. The city was erected to support the country by exporting grains and bananas to various parts of the world. This is not a typical tourist city, and stand in sharp contrast with most of the cities in the country, but for those who like to travel through the uncharted water of the Latin American Country, Puerto Limon is the best place to go to. It has its own charm, and quite responsibly it fulfills its duty of being stopover destination for tourists going to the Cahuita National Park, and Tortuguero National Park.

This is not a typical investment destination. That is why, this is worth the money. It holds a lot of potential.

Puerto Viejo de Talamanca

If crystal-clear blue waters, exotic flora and fauna, and beautiful beaches are your weakness then Puerto Viejo de Talamanca is the place where you should buy your Costa Rica luxury real estate. This place presents amazing surfing opportunities, and is catching up the fancy of international surfers.

Puerto Viejo, as the city is known among the locals, is 34 miles southeast of Puerto Limo, and merely 10.2 miles south of Cahuita (another unusual investment destination on our list, which will be described after this). This place has immense potential, and has a potential to bear high return on invested dollars.

Cahuita

Cahuita, which once was a small fishing village, is lying beside the beautiful Caribbean Coast. This is a perfect relaxing destination and quite famous among international, particularly American tourists. It is merely 43 kilometers away from Puerto Limon, on the south.

Along with offering exotic beaches, the city also has hidden amazing coral reef, and luscious rainforests in its bosom. On the north edge of the city rests Cahuita National Park, which is one of the most visited national parks in Costa Rica.

Conclusion

You can choose any one from the three unusual Costa Rica real estate investment destinations discussed above for your Costa Rica home. There are very few places in the world which could surpass these places in its beauty, elegance, and comfort, which make these wonderful investment vehicles.
