This jewel of a country that boasts gorgeous mountains, beautiful beaches, rich history and affordable living offers a citizenship for investment program that is obtainable for $350,000 Euro.  This is split into a 100,000 Euro donation to the country and a 250,000 Euro investment in real estate.  Many foreigners have taken advantage of this program and have taken up residence in some of the amazing towns such as Budva and Kotor.  The Montenegro government has announced however that this program will shut down at the end of 2021 so time is of the essence.  2.
