About the Area
This property is within the city limits of Puerto Princesa but is still rural. We live in the midst of many species of tropical birds. Cockatoo are frequent visitors as well as eagles, hawks, fruit bats, owls and many variety of mangrove and sea birds. Mornings are a symphony of bird songs. Puting Buhangin (White Sand) Beach is 15min walking distance (see pics). A great place to enjoy the day swimming and snorkeling the coral clusters. Turtle Bay is just a short walk south and is home to sea otters as well as dolphins and the occasional whale shark. Massively thick mangroves surround the peninsula. Wild life is abundant. There is an open market nearby with fresh vegetables, fruit and fish. There are also a few small resorts with restaurants and bars close by. Centrally located in Palawan.
