The third building is incomplete but has a foundation for a full 3 bedroom home (one large bedroom and bathroom are constructed and are used as a gymnasium).

They property is fed with 3phase electricity and has its own private transformer and 22 kva diesel generator. Property also has a fresh clean water well with pump that feeds irrigation systems, the pool and top-off for the tilapia hatchery

There is approximately 1.5 hectares of land around the main house that has hundreds of fruit and hardwood trees, a huge covered garden, pool and Quincho (outdoor kitchen). The next section is a grazing area for the chickens, ducks, goats and pigs. The 3rd section has 29 tilapia ponds and the 4th section is about 6 hectares for cattle grazing. There are 4 hectares that are organic certified with Control Union.

The property sits along a newly constructed main road that makes getting into the center of Arroyos y Esteros about a 5 minute drive. Arroyos y Esteros has 2 clinics, dentists, grocery stores, pharmacies, gasoline stations, etc. The capital, Asuncion, is 1.25 hours from the house….all highway driving.
