For decades, the formula for retirement was simple: work hard, save diligently, and ride out your golden years close to home. Now in its 30th year, Presidents’ Week 2026 brings together an extraordinary group of internationally minded investors, entrepreneurs, and visionaries who refuse to stand still in an unpredictable world.

It’s where strategy meets foresight: a private five-day forum that blends intelligent conversation, real-world expertise, and the quiet confidence of those shaping the future of global wealth and security.

Hosted by Joel Nagel, international attorney, investor, and long-time advocate for financial sovereignty, the 30th Annual Presidents’ Week Conference will take place Monday, November 9 through Friday, November 13, 2026, at Canyon Ranch, Tucson. This year the event moves to one of the country’s most renowned wellness resorts, set in the Sonoran Desert.

Over three decades, Presidents’ Week has evolved into something far greater than a conference. It’s a trusted circle, a gathering that combines pragmatic insight with the deeper questions of what it means to protect, grow, and pass on wealth in a shifting world.

Why Presidents’ Week Matters

In an era defined by volatility, Presidents’ Week offers rare clarity. The discussions held within its rooms are not about speculation or hype; they’re about positioning: understanding where the world is headed and how to meet it from a place of strength.

Each year, attendees arrive from across the globe: investors managing multi-jurisdictional portfolios, entrepreneurs expanding internationally, and families working to safeguard intergenerational wealth. They come not simply to learn, but to connect, to refine strategy, and to leave with a clearer framework for global resilience.

At the heart of Presidents’ Week lies one unchanging principle: freedom through preparation. Whether that means restructuring assets for tax efficiency, establishing second residencies, or exploring offshore opportunities, the goal is the same: to design systems that preserve autonomy in an increasingly regulated world.

The Vision of Joel Nagel

Few figures embody the philosophy behind Presidents’ Week more fully than Joel Nagel. As founder of Nagel & Associates, Joel has spent decades advising individuals and institutions on international business, asset protection, and cross-border tax and estate planning, with the firm standing as a vanguard in international business law with over two decades of expertise.

Under his direction, Presidents’ Week has remained intimate by design. Attendance is limited, ensuring each participant gains genuine access to the speakers and specialists shaping today’s wealth-protection landscape. This focus on quality over scale has made it one of the longest-running and most respected gatherings of its kind anywhere in the world.

Inside the Experience: A New Setting for a Milestone Year

For its 30th anniversary, Presidents’ Week moves to Canyon Ranch in Tucson, an all-inclusive wellness resort in the Arizona desert spanning more than 80,000 square feet of spa and fitness facilities, outdoor pools, an indoor aquatic center, tennis and racquetball courts, and meditation gardens. The week opens with a welcome cocktail on arrival and closes with breakfast and a round-table discussion.

The all-inclusive format covers far more than a room: three meals daily (plus an espresso and smoothie bar), daily wellness activities, round-trip airport transfers from Tucson International, and a $200 nightly resort credit toward spa and performance services. Each attendee is also paired with a personal wellness guide to help customize their stay.

Days are spent in focused sessions and private meetings; evenings unfold in relaxed conversations that often prove the most valuable of all. It’s a rhythm Presidents’ Week has always struck: rigorous by day, restorative by night, and one that fits naturally with this year’s move to a dedicated wellness setting.

Speakers: To Be Announced

This year’s speaker lineup is still being finalized. Presidents’ Week has historically drawn leading voices in international law, offshore banking, and cross-border investment strategy, and additional speakers for the 30th annual edition will be announced in the coming weeks. Readers interested in the caliber of past programming can review previous years’ speaker rosters on the conference’s site.

What Presidents’ Week 2026 Attendees Gain

Presidents’ Week continues to address the most urgent topics facing globally mobile investors and entrepreneurs, including:

  • Adapting to evolving tax and estate-planning frameworks
  • Structuring offshore assets and businesses for long-term efficiency
  • Exploring second residency and citizenship solutions
  • Building resilient portfolios that withstand political, currency, and market shocks
  • Integrating wellness and purpose into legacy planning

While the themes evolve each year, the outcome remains consistent: participants leave equipped with knowledge they can apply immediately, frameworks that turn uncertainty into opportunity.

A Community of Builders

Over the years, Presidents’ Week has fostered a community unlike any other, one bound not by geography, but by outlook. Attendees often describe the week as both an education and a reunion: a meeting of people who see the world through a similar lens, who value independence, foresight, and quiet achievement.

Rates & How to Attend

Conference registration is $1,999 for a single attendee or $2,599 per couple. Canyon Ranch accommodation is billed separately and directly by the resort at its all-inclusive per-person, per-night rate ($1,290 single / $1,170 double occupancy, including a $200 nightly service allowance). Because Canyon Ranch does not accept online group bookings, attendees must call the resort directly at (855) 260-9488 and mention “The 30th Annual Presidents’ Week” group. A one-night deposit is due at booking, and rooms are first-come, first-served.

To register interest in attending, contact Mary Alderson at Nagel & Associates (mary.alderson@nagellaw.com) or submit an inquiry directly through the form below.

Looking Ahead

Presidents’ Week is more than a date on the calendar: it’s a marker of intent. To attend is to acknowledge that wealth, like freedom, demands stewardship. This year’s 30th anniversary edition, set against the Sonoran Desert backdrop of Canyon Ranch, invites attendees to lift their gaze beyond headlines and make decisions rooted in clarity, not fear.
