Built in 2013 on 1,228 m2 (13,218 ft2) of land this rice processing plant was strategically positioned to offer direct routes to the to various markets and suppliers.

Located in the Cuenca suburb of Cumbe just 150 feet from the Pan-American Highway, the location offers easy access the largest rice producing area in southern Ecuador as well as two major Peruvian border crossings (Macarà in the province of Loja and Huaquillas in the Province of El Oro).
