450 square meters (4500 Square foot) beach front property in Veraguas PANAMA, with 15 meters (50 feet) of beach frontage and 15 meters (50 feet) of road frontage. Lot is 30 meters (100 feet) long.
The house is on the second floor of our 2 story building. It is a 2 br 1 bath house of 100 sq meters (11 meters by 9 meters) or 1000 square foot house (35 feet by 28 feet) You have the option to build the existing first floor and this way you double the size of the 2 story house. You own the whole house and the beachfront lot.
House has a solid foundation with columns interconnected with beams, all made out of concrete with four 3/8 rods inside each column or beam. They are all interconnected underneath the house. All 12 columns end in 12 footings 5ft x 5ft x 5ft made of concrete with rocks.
In the extreme case that a huge Noa’s type flood ever goes over the second floor of the house, when it recedes the house will still be there!
The house is sold completely furnished and that is all included in the price
House has water/ sewage. Water bill is about $2 per month, because it is subsidized by the government.
The electricity is by solar power so you do not have an electric bill.
You also have the option of using the electric generator that is also included.

There is a public telephone booth in Pixvae operated by CABLE AND WIRELESS. You can drive a little bit on a higher area and you get regular cell phone communication.
