There are also variations known as the Bandeja Antioque\u00f1a or the Bandeja Monta\u00f1era.<\/p>\n<p>The platter consists of red beans cooked with pork, white rice, ground or powdered meat, chicharon, fried egg, plantain (patacones), chorizo, arepa, hogao sauce, avocado and lemon heaped on an oval platter.
