Their staff is specially trained in schools throughout the country so they can help foreigners as well as Thais to live independently while at the same time having help with everyday tasks like bathing, dressing and meals. Nurses and doctors are available round the clock and activities are set up, so people get to know each other and keep busy during their retirement years.
Some facilities also offer short-time assistance after surgery or illness.
