Charming small hotel with 6 rooms and capacity for a maximum of 15 guests, established in 2010 – a calm and green paradise in a quiet neighborhood of Cali. The hotel receives excellent qualifications on Booking, TripAdvisor and others, especially for its clean, spacious and welcoming rooms, the lush gardens, the pool and the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Guests come from Colombia and abroad, and consist of business travelers, families, and tourists. Tourists mostly come to Cali because of its tropical climate, to learn Salsa or to observe tropical birds. Cali is one of the top spots for bird watching in Colombia.
The hotel is situated between two famous and busy neighborhoods which offer plenty of bars and restaurants. Shops and schools can also be found nearby. The hotel has a massage room on the ground floor, a secluded yoga/meditation area in the garden and a spacious owner’s apartment with a spectacular view on the top floor. All necessary legal documents have been attained. The building from 1950, which still conserves many original details from the epoch, was renovated and extended in 2009 and is in excellent condition. The current owner is a Swiss national.
Revenues will be highest if new owners live most or all of their time in the hotel.
