As a reminder that it is still “all systems go” on the real estate and construction front in Ecuador, the industry is gearing up for another round of the rousingly successful Habitat Fair 2013, this September 10 – 15 . It is an industry-wide function, open to the public, where the most exciting new real estate development projects, new industry trends and the most innovative new services are placed on display.
The annual event selectively showcases the most dynamic projects that Ecuador has to offer domestic and globally, in order to illustrate the dynamic growth within Ecuador. It is intended as a meeting place for retail buyers and corporate entities, during which they can can exchange information and perhaps even conclude a mutually beneficial transaction. Equal parts showroom and transaction room, the Habitat Expo is a unique industry event.
Expo space is made available for developers, construction companies, real estate investment consultants and members of the traditional sales/marketing side of the industry. Projects representing sophisticated luxury condo high-rises. elegant gated single-family home communities, office space, retail space and vacant land are all showcased at this year’s event. Also in attendance will be representatives from the Federal and Regional government level of Ecuador, providing information and materials focusing on major public works projects and community innovations intended to create livable community environments and enhance the lifestyle of all Ecuadorians and expats alike.
This year’s event will again be held in Guayaquil, the commercial capitol of Ecuador and home to the marvelous Malecón 2000 River Boardwalk, with its restaurants, cafes and iMax movie theatre.
