This is a fantastic property in the middle of the jungle.  The property itself is over 51,000 square meters and has white sand, organic water and a large part of the untouched jungle.

The house is a building of two floors. On the ground floor, there are two large rooms. On the first floor are four rooms and a large living/lounge area. It has everything you need to live. Electricity, running water, WiFi connection and fully furnished.

The size of the main house is 1,800 m². The yard and garden are surrounded with countless bushes, palm trees and commercial trees (avocado, and papaya tree). Most of the property was left naturally wooded.

Part of the land has white sand. Among other things, this sand is used for filtering water and it could be used to build it.  There is also a spring with drinkable, organic water.

The property is located near Iquitos, the city in the jungle. The nearest small grocery store is opposite the property. Typical are the small food stands on the roadside. Iquitos is about 30 minutes by car/bus. There are shopping possibilities of any kind.
