About Me
Tiim Burke is a Costa Rica real estate agent in San Ramon, Costa Rica.
My family and I moved to Costa Rica over 8 years ago in an attempt to live life to the fullest and to pursue our dreams as well as to escape the crazy lifestyle we found ourselves in.
I have been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years both representing clients as well as for my own investment purposes. I am well versed in investment properties, residential and commercial properties, and all they encompass: Appraisals, inspections, rental management, ethics, buyer’s agent specialties and more. I also spent ten years in the financial services industry while maintaining my own personal real estate investments alongside of my Real Estate business. The combination of the two financial arenas allows me to not only compare real estate as an investment option, but also to define the best options for clients.
I enjoy looking at property and trying to provide not only a great investment but a place to call home for my clients. By thinking ‘out of the box’, I am able to look at properties and provide people with a great investment by showing them how they can be diversifying their portfolio, using tax advantages or making the most of their IRA, all while still providing a place to call ‘home’ for them. Believing that referrals and a good reputation are key to my practice, I focus on going the extra mile to help my clients settle in to their new lifestyle and home.
