 - Began Summer 2001 - International Real Estate is set to be the biggest and best investment market of the next several years. Tomorrow, it will make a great deal of difference where we live. But certainly not in the same sense as we now perceive it. Tomorrow we will live where the best real estate exists, where the least crime and repression exists, where population pressures have not decimated the environment and where business is encouraged and not hindered by legislation. We will live there regardless of that place's global location or it's former political posture. If we can now buy a ranch in Argentina (or Uruguay, or New Zealand, or name your spot,)  for ten cents on the dollar of what a similar property inside the United States would cost us, and if we can carry on commerce from anywhere we are, how long do you imagine it's going to take your neighbor to realize the very same thing? As one writer put it, "...those folks who buy that ranch in Argentina today are going to have grandchildren who will think they were a genius." Featuring International Real Estate Including Retirement Havens ~ Island Properties ~ Villas ~ Artist Havens ~ Enclaves ~ Resort Properties ~ Hideouts ~ Bargains ~ Offshore Investments ~ Offshore eCommerce ~ Unique Investments ~ Now a monthly magazine as popular as our original Escape From America Magazine -  Susan Beverly - Editor
 - Began Summer 1998 - Now with over 370,000 subscribers, out eZine is the resource that expats, and wantabe expats turn to for information.  Our archives now have thousands of articles and each month we publish another issue to a growing audience of international readers.  Over 100 people a day subscribe to our eZine.  We've been interviewed and referenced by the Wall Street Journal, CNN, The Washington Post, London Talk Show Radio, C-Span, BBC Click Online, Yahoo Magazine, the New York Times, and countless other media sources.  Featuring International Lifestyles ~ Overseas Jobs ~ Expat Resources  ~ Offshore Investments ~ Overseas Retirement - Second Passports ~ Disappearing Acts ~ Offshore eCommerce ~ Unique Travel ~ Iconoclastic Views ~ Personal Accounts ~ Views From Afar ~ Two things have ushered us into a world without borders... the end of the cold war and the advent of the world wide web of global communications & commerce. Today it doesn't make a great deal of difference where in the world we are located, we can carry on some types of commerce from anywhere; from an island in the middle of the Caribbean to a sheep ranch in the the Australian outback. A game of global musical chairs has begun, and we are now changing places with people willing to go to America or the UK to work for a wage we no longer consider attractive, while we begin to move further afield in search of greener pastures. Many of us are now looking for what might be called a 'life.'  Nine years and over ninety issues!  We're just getting started - Gilly Rich - Editor
 - If the Caribbean is your cup of tea, we've got exactly what you're looking for  . . . and then some. Welcome to the renaissance of Caribbean Property & Lifestyles Magazine. 0nce a hard copy publication about lifestyles and real estate in the Caribbean, and now after a decade-long hiatus, a rebirth. This time as a monthly online ezine!  Its all about living, working and investing in the Caribbean region. The ups and downs; the good and bad. Every article is written by someone actually living the dream! Each contributor has made the break and is here... bathed in the Caribbean sunshine, enjoying the beaches and the rainforests, making it work amongst the many different cultures, languages and island nations which populate and surround the Caribbean Sea. How did they do it? Read our ezine each month and find out...  All  you need to know about Living, Working and Investing in the Caribbean - Features and articles on how to "up-sticks" and move on down to the blue water tropics and relax under a palm tree. Information on retirement possibilities, buying property, Caribbean lifestyles, job opportunities, investing, Caribbean culture, classifieds and the Caribbean Marketplace. Our stories of successes and failures are told by those who have made that lifestyle change and moved to the Caribbean themselves.   Live the Dream! - Deb Andrews - Editor
 - Online January 2007 ~ The travel magazine with a point of view; a world-view. EscapeArtist Travel Magazine is about more than travel; it is about personal exploration through world travel. EscapeArtist Travel is for the independent traveler passionately seeking an interactive cultural experience, meeting local people, examining cultural conditions and exploring unknown lands. A Travel Magazine with an attitude - Yes; our travel magazine has an attitude, slighty iconoclastic, defintely cutting edge, and willing to take risks, both in attitude and in content.  We're going to tell you a host of valuable travel tricks - - as self-aware independent travelers we've learned how to travel where we want and how we want, totally free from meaningless and unnecessary constraints - -  constraints that may serve the interests of politicians, snoops, and purloiners with vested interests, but which do nothing to serve your personal, intellectual, financial and psychological best interest.  When we travel, and we travel often, we travel using methods not written about in the Sunday travel section of your local newspaper.  It's not some sort of super secret insiders information we're talking about; and it certainly isn't illegal; it is just the type of information that doesn't serve the interests of those who want to control your life, so it hasn't been widely disseminated. Our new magazine also includes a repertoire of new resources recently added to our website based around Travel In The 21st Century.
