The images included
in this photo essay were gathered from the magazine's subscribers all over
the world and from Internet rsources. They depict with understated
clarity the sorrow felt the world over in the week following the terrorist
attack on US citizens and citizens from over 68 other countries who were
in New York and Washington D.C. on the morning of September 11, 2001.
We invite all readers to contribute to the contents of these pages by sending
their photos as JPEG attachments to the Editor of Escape from America Magazine
so they can be shared with others. EFAM wishes to extend its heartfelt
sorrow to all those who were directly or indirectly affected by death and
injury.
