The Offshore Association of Central America and the Caribbean (O.A.C.C.) in conjunction with Times Publishing and Stern & Co. will host the 1st International Wealth Conference in Panama City, Panama at the Westin Caesar Park Hotel from March 28-30,2001.

The global economy is a reality today - however when it comes to private banking, wealth accumulation and private investments and opportunities still many doors remain closed to the wealth of the world (or at least the ones being wealth but not in the 0,1% category of the superrich) due to different law and jurisdictional barriers. 

Privacy and personal and financial freedom are becoming the concerns of many. The conference will open doors and international experts from around the world will gather in Panama to assist the delegates to cross borders and enable them to create wealth and personal and financial freedom in the global economy for their corporations and families alike.

Well known speakers such has BINHARDI, one of the foremost financial experts of Asia (former head of the Central Bank) and now President of Bank Mandiri (30% market share), U.S. Asset Protection Attorney Stephen Thompson, James Boraso, Attorney and Latin America Development Expert from El Salvador, and many other join Steve S. Klein, President of the Offshore Association and Chairman of Grupo CAT on the panels. More than 15 recognized speakers and presenters are expected. 

The three-day event also offers workshops on E Commerce, Internet Law, Captive Insurance Solutions, Banking and Asset Protection and well as Investments in various industries. 
The Wealth Market is a Forum to exchange ideas and discuss directly with banks, brokers, investment firms, service providers, law firms and accountants personal and corporate strategies. The Wealth Market is open not only to delegates of the conference but also to the general public.

A gala Evening on Friday night with U.S. TV Talk Show host Vicki Hitzges and many celebrity guests and surprises will close the conference.
