- There are unique opportunities - I know of several. One program
which I am considering putting into place myself will gain the recipient
a legitimate passport for under $30,000 - it is done in stages. If
and when I offer this, I will be involved in the program, something I am
not sure I have time for at this juncture. I will provide information
regarding this procedure when I have enough staff in place to make sure
that those entering the program are dealt with in a timely and efficient
