Very
few people still search indexes. Instant gratification has become ingrained.
To
find specific articles you almost have to search this index, clicking from
page to page. What an old-fashioned concept that is. Okay, you can use
our search engine at the top of this page. Yes, if you enter the
word 'Ireland' you'll get articles on Ireland, and whole lot more about
Ireland. But what you won't get is articles on specific subjects if you
don't know what those articles are about, and they don't specify a nation,
but instead are on some obscure subject like "Buy a Castle for Three Cents."
Do we have such an article? Yes, and yes you can find it in the search
engine, if you'd have thought of it. There's the rub. There are many, many
articles with obscure titles about obscure, but interesting subjects. My
advice: if your in a hurry try the search engine, if you're not in a hurry
relax and search through the index. It's like looking through an attic,
you may find a treasure. - To

Affordable
Beachfront Lots !! Sea Of Cortez Property in Sonora Mexico
- There is a new coastal highway that skirts along the northern most beaches
of the Sea of Cortes and it is just one hour from the USA border crossing
at San Luis Arizona which is a just a few minutes south of Yuma AZ. This
highway is the most strategic road that has been built in Mexico in decades.
It may also prove to be the road to affordable retirement for many Americans
and Canadians, as they are starting to buy property in this area of Sonora,
Mexico again after a five year slowdown. It appears that the financially
healthy buyers are back in the market buying Affordable Beachfront Property
in Sonora, Mexico for second homes or condos to enjoy with their families
until they retire and make it their primary residence for retirement. Others
are taking advantage of lowest prices in decades for beachfront lots and
acreage to build on at a later date. A major factor for this area of Mexico
becoming so popular, is that there are over 31.5 million Americans living
within 400 miles of these beautiful beaches on the Sea of Cortes. With
the brand new highway, toll road and the recently expanded border crossing,
it takes travelers just one hour from the USA border to get to this unique
desert oasis.

I’m
snorkeling off the coast of Punta Uva and observing two crabs clutched
in a heated battle. Their claws are locked together, each trying to shove
the other one back like a Sumo wrestler.
I don’t want to come up for air fearing I will miss this incredible moment.
They continue until they disappear under a rock; it’s then that I swim
to shore and realize what an incredible thing I just witnessed. Costa Rica
is rich in experiences like this. Whether it is at the top of a volcano
or lying on the sandy beaches of the Pacific, nature is the boss here.
Subsequently, it is a welcoming host allowing you to participate in the
wonder that makes this county so special. When CNN.com contacted me about
my book Happier Than A Billionaire: Quitting My Job, Moving to Costa Rica,
& Living the Zero Hour Work Week, I was eager to share my story with
others. I was not unlike many other people who were caught in the rat race
and couldn’t find a way out. When I decided to make a bold move, Costa
Rica was the perfect place to relocate. - Happier
