Dear Readers,

I have had a few letters from readers who are confused about our magazines so I decided to clarify things this month.

In January of this year we took our magazines off line for some programming, design and staff changes. Our magazine Escape From America came back on line in June and its design and ease of navigation has elicited favourable comment.

For the time being we have decided not to continue with the Travel Magazine, and the Offshore Real Estate Quarterly has also been put on hold; both these magazines have archives which you can access to read past articles. Follow the links on the Home Page.

Escape From America Magazine now incorporates Real Estate articles as well as sections on finance and retirement issues. In addition we now have a 'Facts and Figures' column...everything you ever wanted to know, say, about carrots, but were too afraid to ask! There is also a column called 'Insight': these articles have nothing whatever to do with relocation, they are just interesting and thought provoking subjects. Life isn't all about finding paradise and somewhere cheaper to live...an appreciation of what else is going on globally is important to keep a balance.

In addition we now publish Before You Go; this magazine publishes in-depth articles on travel and relocation. This is a subscription only magazine, details of which can be found on our Home Page. Also on our Home Page you will see an announcement about our new ExPat Daily Newsdesk – if you have news, views or gossip about your favourite expat location send us the inside information!
