From: Simon Chen, Author "Everything You Need to Know About Immigrating to Australia"

Dear Friend,
Do you feel frustrated, confused . . . even overwhelmed when you think about all the questions you have about immigrating to Australia . . . and the monumental task you face trying to find answers?

Don´t worry. I did, too, when my wife and I immigrated to Australia in 2001.

I couldn´t believe it when I heard that the Immigration Department might want to see romantic letters or emails that I wrote to my wife when we were dating. Or that they could ask to see wedding photos . . . review our joint financial statements . . . or even demand statutory declarations from family members vouching for our genuine love for each other

And I´m a native of Australia!

So if a citizen, born and bred Down Under, can be confused by the immigration rules . . . I can just imagine how daunting the migration process must seem to you right now. That's why I'm writing.

Now there´s a way for you to get the answers you need . . . quickly, easily and without spending a fortune on international phone calls and high-price immigration lawyers.

The Definitive Guide to Immigrating to Australia

My wife and I finally made it through the lengthy, nerve-wracking hassle of immigrating to Australia . . . largely because we were fortunate enough to find one of the top five immigration lawyers in Australia, David Stratton. (David is listed in the Who´s Who Legal Index, a London-based independent organization that ranks the legal profession globally . . . and he boasts a 96% success rate with visa applications. In other words, he´s someone you want on your side during a tough application process.)
I was so thankful for making it through the ordeal that I vowed to do what I could to help others who wanted to migrate to this beautiful country.

So I approached David with a proposition: that we create an e-book that delivers answers to the most frequently asked questions about migration to Australia . . . and that provides a clear, concise explanation of everything you need to know about immigrating here.!

And that´s exactly what we did.

Get Your Application Right . . . the First Time

More importantly, Everything You Need to Know About Immigrating to Australia delivers the answers and guidance you need to submit your visa application properly . . . on the very first try.
Here´s why doing it right the first time is so critical.

The Australian government receives more than 1 million visa applications each year . . . and only about 110,000 visas will be issued this year. That means only 10% of applications will be approved.

If you want your visa application to fall on the "approved" list . . . you need to make sure everything is filled out completely and correctly. If it´s not, your application will get rejected . . . and you´ll have to start the application process all over at square one.

Which of the 100+ Types of Visas Do YOU Need?

You´ll also get some insight into which types of visas you´re eligible for. The Australia government offers more than 100 different visas . . . and it´s up to you to know which type you need.
Apply for the wrong type and . . . you guessed it . . . you have to start over from the very beginning of the application process.

Why Other People Recommend This E-Book

I started receiving rave reviews for Everything You Need to Know About Immigrating to Australia within days of publishing it. Here are a few of the comments we´ve received so far.

The immigration e-book is, in a word, "brilliant". This book covers everything - it truly has it all. We have been searching the web for months - going to numerous sites and news groups and so on, looking for information to help us - quite often not straightforward stuff. If we had had this e-book initially it would have saved us hours of surfing the net for the various things we wanted to know. Extremely well written, in terms anyone can understand (unlike some of the sites we went to). The hyperlinks are worth their weight in gold. Thank you so much for creating an "all-in-one" e-book for potential immigrants.

Jan and Glenn Cliver, Auckland New Zealand

"My wife is an Australian Permanent Resident and I am a US citizen. We have just been through the immigration process to Australia and if we had this e-book BEFORE we started our application, it would have made our lives and the application process that much easier. It would have saved us literally weeks of searching and made our dealing with the immigration department in Washington that much smoother. I strongly recommend it to anyone who is serious about migrating down under."

Can You Afford to Risk THESE Consequences?

You might be tempted to click away from this page . . . choosing to continue researching and preparing your immigration application on your own.
Don´t do it!

If you navigate the immigration waters alone, your chances of running into unforeseen problems skyrockets. All too often, immigrants who think they´re complying with the rules and regulations of Australia´s Immigration Department find out that they´re not. And the consequences are not pretty.

For example . . . check out this real-life horror story:

Nancy´s only son lived in Australia, so she applied for a retirement visa that would permit her to live in Australia for extended periods of time. While waiting for the visa to be processed, she applied for a short-term visitor visa so she could visit her son and his family for Christmas.

Five months into her visit, Nancy´s son asked if she would like to extend her trip. She accepted the invitation and promptly contacted Australia´s Immigration Department to renew the visa, which was good for only six months.

Or so she thought.

As it turns out, the short-term visitor visa is good for only a three-month visit . . . which meant Nancy was in the country unlawfully and had no right to apply for any visa.

Worse yet, because she was unlawful, Nancy was banned from re-entering Australia for three full years. Which meant that her retirement visa application could not be approved unless she could persuade the Immigration Department to waive the re-entry ban.

As soon as John´s divorce was finalized, he treated himself to a trip to Australia . . . where he met and fell in love with Abigail, an Australian citizen. After their marriage, John applied for a spouse visa.

After a slow and lengthy processing period, The Australian Immigration Department rejected the visa on the grounds that the marriage was not genuine. The appeal process was long and costly, but John eventually convinced the department to reconsider his application.

That´s when his previous life came back to haunt him.

As part of the application process, the Immigration Department required that John´s children undergo a medical evaluation. Although they had no intention of immigrating with their father, the department considered John´s children part of his family unit, which meant that they had to undergo the same checks as he did.

Unfortunately, John had lost touch with his ex-wife and his kids. He was unable to arrange for the medical examinations that the Immigration Department required . . . and his application was again rejected.

Steven was appointed to be the managing director of a large Australian company. Steven, his wife, and their two daughters - aged 19 and 21 - were granted permanent resident status.
Because Steven was paying the living expenses of his children while they were attending University, he was able to convince the Australian Immigration Department that they were dependent upon him and, therefore, members of the family unit for migration purposes.

Not long after the family arrived in Australia, the daughters´ boyfriends arrived and applied for spouse visas based on their relationships with the young women. Included in the evidence they gave to the Immigration Department to support their application was documentation that they had been living with the daughters.

This contradicted Steven´s claim that he was financially supporting his daughters. The Immigration Department´s Compliance Section launched an investigation into whether the visas of Steven´s family should be cancelled on the basis that they were obtained on fraudulent grounds.
