If living in a Tax Haven in Europe appeals to you then you should consider a place that has all the normal tax haven benefits without the high living costs.
A place that is accessible within 3 hours by car of major cities in France and Spain. A location where all the modern amenities for a comfortable life exist and where there are over 300 days of sunshine a year.

This great place that is not an island or a rural backwater but a country which is a full member of the United Nations. It has zero crime to speak of, has five ski resorts, and on top of that it has no personal income or inheritance tax.

The place is Andorra. You may have never heard of Andorra but it should be on your list of countries to investigate if you are serious about living or retiring in another country.

Andorra is located in the North East portion of the Pyrenean mountain range which separates France and Spain. It is a small place with over 13 million visitors a year and there is an established and growing expat community.

Establishing residency is a process but not excessively demanding compared with other countries.

Andorra has no sales tax and alcohol and tobacco products are probably the cheapest in Europe.

Need to know more from an expat with passive residency and who knows the country thoroughly?
Purchase my report and I'll tell you how you too can live in Andorra. My report will clearly explain all you need to know from the outset.

The information it contains will give you multiple in depth snap shots of the country, how it works and what it´s like to live there.

Try to Imagine this: a lush green valley... hidden from the rest of the world... yet only a short drive from some of Europe's hottest cities. It's a secret valley that has been overlooked for centuries. It is picturesque. unregulated, and best of all there are no taxes. The Andorra Report will teach you the secrets of Andorra, how you can live there tax-free for only a fraction of what it's costing you to live in your own home.
Tax Haven

The key attraction of Andorra for foreigners is its tax haven status. It is one of the premier tax havens of Europe and comparable with other tax havens worldwide. This combined with its excellent climate, winter skiing, and close proximity to the French Riviera and Spanish North East coast make it an ideal base for ex-patriots or for those who wish to visit their money from time to time. For further details of the tax structure in Andorra refer to the following sections: Banks, Companies and Property Purchase.

Andorra is a medieval principality secluded from the rest of the world, yet only a short drive from the sparking beaches of the French Riviera and Barcelona, the bustling European economic powerhouse. Andorra lies in a hidden valley in the Pyrenees, (quite possibly Europes most dynamic mountain range,) Andorra is one of the few alpine paradises in the world that is also a tax haven. What makes Andorra the ultimate personal tax haven in all of Europe is a splendid combination of features.

Political stability.

Andorra has zero leftist political parties. In fact, it hardly has any government at all. Of the 64,403 people that inhabit this alpine tax refuge, fewer than one hundred 0.4% of the total population - work for the government.
Then there's the robust economy. Andorra is a wealthy, duty free area with no taxes of any kind whatsoever! Its postal system is free, supported by sale of Andorran stamps to collectors around the world. Labour unions are strictly forbidden. There is no hint of a "socialist mentality" among the natives.

Safe, secret banking...

The unregulated banking system is among the safest in the world. It is sound, prosperous, computerized, streamlined, discreet and very customer oriented. Some of the wealthiest people in the world prefer Andorra's low-profile banks to those of secretive Switzerland. You can obtain an account in Andorra and access world markets in total privacy - and you can receive interest rates several percent higher than you would receive in the United Kingdom and the United States.

Free education and health care - even free entertainment

In Andorra there is no crime. There is free health care for everyone, including old age pensions, (note however that Non-Citizen Residents are required to have a Private Medical Plan as they are now no longer permitted to join the Andorran Government Health Plan.) Most doctors speak English. All internal mail is free. Schools are free for everyone. Most entertainment is free. Dining out in a first class restaurant before a free classical music concert is cheap. Andorra has 250 restaurants, some of Europe's best skiing and the largest number of Mercedes limousines per capita in the world. Its people are affluent. They do not pay any taxes at all.

Andorra is cosmopolitan. More than two thirds of all residents are wealthy, self-made foreigners, most of who moved to Andorra because they were fed up with government red tape and destructive bureaucracy. The adult literacy rate is 100%.
