Here is the opportunity to get a new apartment with a visa application. The purchase price of this featured listing qualifies the buyer to apply for a 5 year Resident Visa. This project is well located in Laureles, Medellin. It is walking distance to the parks, churchs, banks, grocery stores, restaurants and commercial zones. I have negotiated a commission of 3%. The 2nd floor apt. with terrace is priced at 538.000.000 (plus notary costs of approximately 6.400.000 p) and the penthouse is priced at 548.000.000 (plus notary costs of approximately 6.500.000 p) .
