Where
You Can Buy Five Million Dollar Houses For $800,000
- Not five million, not three million, not even a million... you can buy
this house for only $800,000 - This home shown could not be purchased in
the USA or Europe for under five million dollars; and even if you could
find a similar home at any price, it would not have the spectacular scenery
of the Western Cape nor the lifestyle of the Knysna lagoon. It's a rememberance
of finer things; polo, yachting, the club, safaris, golf, tennis, cycling...
The Garden Route is a place like no other place that you ever seen except
in a dream, the Cape has very different dynamics. Words fail to describe
it. When you come to Knysna you will never want to leave. This is the lifestyle
location you've always dreamed about. For a certain kind of person this
is the ultimate destination. - August 2008 Special Report

| Obtaining Uruguayan Citizenship |
| Residency - Citizenship - Taxes
- Offshore Companies & Banking - - by Juan Federico Fischer, Esq. |
|
Obtaining
Uruguayan Residency & Citizenship - Uruguay offers
many advantages to the foreign or offshore resident, thus its reputation
as “the Switzerland of South America” - Funds can enter Uruguay freely,
that is, no withholding taxes or government fees affect transfers of money
into the country. - Funds can exit the country, free of any taxes, at any
point. There are no waiting periods or permits to transfer money
back out of the country. One does not face currency risk, since funds in
the country can (and usually do) stay in foreign currency (U.S. dollars
and Euros being the main choice). Over three quarters of the funds
that Uruguayan banks hold are in dollars. One needn’t be a citizen, a resident,
nor be physically present in Uruguay, in order to own property in the country,
or have investments or funds in a bank account in the country. Assets in
Uruguay can be owned by any type of foreign vehicle, with no disadvantage.
It’s common to see real estate owned by Panama, BVI or Delaware LLCs. -

| What Is A Tax Haven? |
| . . . And Which One Is Right
For You? |

What
Is A Tax Haven? . . . And Which One Is Right For You? -
Exactly what is meant by the term 'tax haven'? A Tax Haven is geographical
area (nation, city, state, or zone, usually known by the term, "jurisdiction")
that levies a lower rate of taxation than average when compared to other
nations and jurisdictions. Some jurisdictions levy no taxes at all, and
most levy no tax on 'foreign earned income', meaning income that is earned
outside of their jurisdiction. To attain privacy [anonymity] as well as
to attain a local 'presence' the most common practice is to use a paper
interface by creating a corporation or IBC (International Business Corporation)
in that jurisdiction. By forming a corporation in such a jurisdiction,
we become liable to pay that jurisdiction the taxes levied against that
corporation on profits earned by the corporation. If there are no taxes
levied, then we operate our company at a distinct advantage to companies
who must pay 30% - 40% rates of taxation. By opening a corporation in an
offshore jurisdiction, the businessman and/or investor can recognize substantial
tax savings as well as protection from frivolous lawsuit. The structuring
of such a program must be done correctly - - EscapeArtist Special Report

Expat Haven |

The
Garden Route - South Africa's Hidden Expat Haven - A Miraculous Place To
See - A Perfect Place To Live - An EscapeArtist Special Report
- The Garden Route, a secret place where unmatched luxury exists in one
of the world's most spectacular settings. This EscapeArtist Special
Report will be a revelation to many. Few Americans have heard of
the Garden Route, those that have are keeping it to themselves. That
such a wonderful way of life had been kept secret for so long is probably
due to the fact that Americans only recently began moving overseas.
Europeans know about the Garden Route and there has been an increasing
number of Europeans moving there. Lately Americans have begun moving
there. This Special Report will certainly persuade others to do so.
The place is breath-takingly beautiful. Moving to Panama or Belize is better
than being in the USA; moving to Knysna, as shown in the images in this
special report, is better than moving to anywhere on earth. What
a splendid place. - - EscapeArtist Special Report
