The Costa Blanca
A beautiful coastal area of southern Spain, the Costa Blanca or 'white coast' is an extremely popular region, not least because of its wonderfully varied landscape and excellent climate. Property prices, as elsewhere in Spain, have shown strong growth in recent years and the market remains buoyant, making this a great area to invest in a second home or a holiday property.

The Costa Blanca is an area of fascinating contrasts. From magnificent mountain ranges to beautiful beaches with acres of space, from large cosmopolitan beach resorts to small, untouched Spanish villages. It's all here, basking in what is reputed to be the finest climate in Europe, enjoying an average of 300 days of sunshine per year.

Alicante

If you're looking for nightlife, clubs and colourful festivals and celebrations, this wonderful city should be at the top of your list. Add hot sun, white sand and a turquoise sea to the equation and you can see why Alicante is a popular choice for property investors seeking a second home.

Alicante also has a great deal to offer for those interested in history and culture. With a history stretching back 3,000 years and many noteworthy buildings and monuments. Today, Alicante is a thriving modern city and it has a good selection of theatres, cinemas, restaurants, bars and shops to suit all tastes and budgets.

Elche

Situated in the Costa Blanca area and surrounded by more than 200.000 palm trees, Elche is the third centre of population in the Valencian Region. It offers to its visitors, history, natural richness, beaches, culture and tradition, along with the wonderful hospitality of its inhabitants.
Torrevieja

Torrevieja is at the centre of a main tourist area and is an area with a great deal of future possibilities, thanks to its infrastructure developed through local, national and private investments.

Torrevieja's climate is probably one of its most important advantages, and it also boasts a number of beaches that have been awarded the European Union blue flag, such as Los Locos, El Cura and Los Naufragos.

Orihuela

Orihuela offers an attractive coastal area, which is made up of secluded coves, golden sandy beaches, splendid residential areas and two quiet marinas.

Close to Cabo Roig there is a yacht club, which has facilities for dinghy sailing and a windsurfing school, and there are three excellent golf courses of international prestige in Orihuela.

Albatera

Located in the area of "Vega Baja", on the right bank of the Segura river, Albatera is a typically Spanish village, with pretty white houses, tree lined streets and a beautiful church in the village square. Albatera has a traditional culture, illustrated by its fiestas and festivals.

The climate is Mediterranean and the average temperature ranges from 11 degrees in January and 27,5 in August.
