So
your not ready to pull the plug, you still want Uncle Sam to pull you out
of the quicksand when you get stuck?
Okay, that's understandable, as long as you're paying taxes you should
be able to call your guardian without feeling guilty. If you're not paying
taxes and you call for help you're a hypocrite. But be that as it
may, when you're stuck, or you just want to know what your rights are,
there is a website where it's all posted. We once linked to each
subject, and to each nation; but they changed the links, so we ended up
linked to blank pages rather than resources. We'll keep this page
here for those of you who seek out such information and expect to find
it on EscapeArtist. To find information on judicial information pertaining
to Children
& Families click here. That includes child support, child abduction,
child abuse, and other children's issues. International
Judicial Assistance for Americans abroad click here. This includes
Country-Specific Information, Foreign Attorney Information (Including List
of Attorneys), and Other Useful Links. All of the above comes from the
U.S. Department of State website
on which you will also find information on Visas, Passports, International
Travel Warnings, and a great deal more. A useful website, sort of
like a strong mother who provides protection for her emasculated children.
But if you need it, it's there, and a better option than a prison cell
in Mogadishu.
