- The so-called "Immediate
Panama Passport Program" may or may not be legitimate. We have found
no legislation for such a program; nor does any Panamanian government ministry
have knowledge or information regarding such a program. We have offices
in Panama and we have asked our attorneys to check on the availability
of any such program. They have found nothing. We strongly suggest
that you do not purchase nor invest in any such program. To the extent
of our knowledge there is no Immediate Panama Passport Program;
citizenship in Panama has to be obtained via a residency process which
usually takes four to five years. We do not link to sites promoting the
"Immediate Panama Passport Program". - If anyone has any information which
contradicts this please contact us with a list of the legislation. |

Expat Telegraph - This site is the definitive
site for expats. But it's for BRITS living abroad. You can
find out how to claim your pension abroad, which Medical Insurance to go
for, check on VISA and passport information and changes. Lots of
articles/stories by expats themselves, lots of good financial advice.
Good commentaries by journalists who understand the expat/transpat concept
and don't 'knock' anyone. There are puzzles and blogs, good travel
deals. This site has a great deal more about living in France or
Australia than it does the Caribbean, because that's where the brits have
emigrated to. The blogs are great. There is also a print version
which comes as a tabloid newspaper. But for me, its the perfect example
of an expat site. |
