Real
Estate Auction
A
real estate auction is an effective method of selling real
estate. It is an accelerated marketing program
that involves the public sale of any property through open,
competitive bidding, for fair market value.
Fair
market value is the price for which property sells for on the open
market between a willing buyer and a willing seller. Our auction
will separate your property from all others by creating worldwide

Buyers
Bidders
must first meet certain criteria in order to register.
- Agree in writing to the terms and conditions set forth.
- Deposit of a down payment in cash or by certified check.
- Successful bidder will sign a non-contingent purchase agreement, agreeing to the sale price and closing within thirty days.
Auction
Types
There are 2 types of Auctions, an Absolute Auction and a Reserve
Auction
- Absolute Auction - Your property absolutely will sell to the highest bidder. There is no minimum or reserve price set.
- Reserve Auction - You set the minimum price that you want for the - the property will not be sold unless the bidder agrees to your price.
Marketing
The
process of marketing a real estate auction is the most crucial
part of any successful advertising campaign. We will devote the
time to research and tailor each marketing plan individually in
order to highlight your property’s unique features. We
will design a marketing campaign which includes a combination

Joel’s
Credentials
Joel
Langer (visit website) has over 30 years experience in auctions and marketing.
He has helped facilitate the sale of a 1.75 Billion Dollar Auction
for the United States Courts and he auctioned the first
Shelby prototype convertible. He has been active in real estate
auctions. Joel has working closely with court appointed trustees
to assist them in marketing and selling everything from $12 million
in automotive accessories to a shopping center.
In 2005 Joel Langer created The Chicago Debt Exchange, a live
trading auction of Debt Portfolios where millions of dollars are
bought and sold of commercial and consumer portfolios to publicly
traded companies.
Over the past 30 years Joel has helped to raise over $15 Million
dollars for many worthwhile causes.
This past January Joel was selected to be the Live Auctioneer
for the Garth Brooks Charity Gala in Dallas Texas in conjunction
with the National Hockey League All Star Game which raised
over $300,000 for Garth’s favorite charity Teammates for Kids.
In August he will be the Live Auctioneer for Football
Hall of Fame member and Super Bowl Winner Mike Ditka, which
raises money for former players who need assistance and a charity
that helps the mentally challenged.
This year Joel Langer
has created International Real Estate Auctions. The concept is the same
whether it is for a $10 million villa in Italy or a 50 acre horse
ranch in Spain, this is a fresh new approach to bring together buyers
