In addition to articles, we publish Books, eBooks and special reports.
We are actively seeking articles, eBook manuscripts and reports.
Articles We prefer that our regular length articles consist of between 1,500 to 3,000 words - Please note our subject venue. Do we pay you for your articles? Some contributing authors want to be paid for their articles, while other authors submit their articles with the intention of drawing attention to their subject. In the later case we provide prominent links back to the authors website, and in some cases, for repeat contributors, banners and extensive promotion. - please contact us for details. Payment We will pay $200 and up for articles of approximately 2,000 words or more in length. Articles may be accompanied by .jpg / .jpeg images, especially if those images are necessary to explain the underlying concept of your article. Images are especially important for real estate articles. Images should not be imbedded inside a word doc., but should be sent as separate attachments. Articles must be send as a standard electronic word document. You will be supplied with further instructions if we accept your article proposal. eBooks An eBook is
an electronic version of a traditional print book that can be read by using
a personal computer or by using an eBook reader. Royalty Payments
- we pay our authors 45% of gross sales. Page/Word Count - Book and
eBook manuscripts should consist of at the very least 60 pages with
500 words per page. (30,000 words) Many, if not most of our eBooks consist
of over 100 pages, (50,000 words) and we prefer eBooks of over 80 pages
in length. (Approximately 500 words per page) We do publish eBooks
that are shorter under such circumstance where the information is really
important and the subject does not justify a longer eBook. Manuscripts
may be accompanied by .jpg / .jpeg images, especially if those images are
necessary to explain the underlying concept of your subject. Images

We also publish reports of less than 30,000 words - (but more than 3,000 words) There are many subjects which do not require a full-length book but which do require more pages than a standard article. Payment is proportionately higher than for articles - - ranging from $300 to $1,000 per report, depending on the subject covered and the length of the report. We are actively seeking such reports; especially if the subject matter falls within our venue. - please contact us for details.
We will once again be publishing hardcopy books in 2008. We are interested in your article, special report, and/or eBook proposal.
